The Before

Caitlin is an energy healer and founder of the D-Codes method, which blends energy healing with traditional naturopathy to help individuals who haven’t found relief through mainstream medical channels. She also provides business development training for holistic practitioners and offers exclusive retreats for healers.

When Caitlin came to us, she had already worked with several other ads agencies, but she was disappointed with the results. Despite having a proven offer and a strong community, her results just weren’t matching her vision. She was managing her own marketing and had dabbled in Facebook ads, but hadn't yet found the right strategy—or the right team.

She wanted to expand her reach, grow her email list, and convert that visibility into consistent, high-quality leads and sales. She had a launch goal of $350K for her D-Codes program, which opens just a few times per year, and she needed a team that could help her scale without burning out.

And that’s exactly what we did.

The Strategy

Our approach focused on elevating Caitlin’s already successful elements—her 3-part live video masterclass and her transformational D-Codes program—by building a strategy designed to amplify what was already working and optimize every phase of her launch.

We started with a visibility campaign to drive awareness and traffic, with a specific focus on landing page views 30 days out from the live event. Our goal here was to generate excitement and lower the cost per landing page view leading into the live series.

Next, we ran registration ads for her live 3-day event, using a combination of cold and warm traffic campaigns. We tested different creatives across ad sets, optimized audiences based on performance (including lookalikes and broad targeting), and scaled the winning campaigns.

Caitlin’s goal was to generate 1,000 high-quality leads for her masterclass. Based on our sales goal, we used Campaign Budget Optimization and Dynamic Creative Testing to identify the top performers, and Caitlin provided stellar video assets to support the process. Once we had a clear winner, we funneled budget into that campaign.

During the open cart period, we ran retargeting ads to all masterclass attendees and warm audiences—including registrants from previous launches who hadn’t yet converted. We tested multiple versions of copy and creative, ultimately landing on a high-performing individual ad version that exceeded projected ROAS.

This strategy was designed to maximize enrollment into the $2,500 core offer and an exclusive upsell retreat.

The Results

Caitlin’s launch was nothing short of extraordinary.

Over the course of 45 days, we ran a full-funnel strategy—starting with visibility ads, moving into registration for her 3-part masterclass, and finishing strong with open cart retargeting. The campaign brought in 4,271 highly qualified leads at an average cost of $3.54 per lead, with a landing page conversion rate of 45.28%.

From the moment the cart opened, it was clear this launch was going to exceed expectations.

By the end, Caitlin brought in $470,000 in total revenue, surpassing her original $350K goal by more than $100,000. Cold traffic alone contributed to at least $164,500 of that revenue—proving that even people who had never heard of Caitlin before were drawn in by her message and ready to invest.

Our retargeting ads during the open cart window were particularly effective, driving 51 purchases and generating $135,174.19 in additional sales—with one of our top ad sets delivering a jaw-dropping 54x ROAS. Another campaign brought in 27 sales at an estimated $71,562.80 in revenue, with a 25x ROAS on its own.

By the end of the launch, Caitlin had achieved a sales conversion rate of 35%, an average order value of $2,500, and an overall 16.63x return on ad spend.

It was her biggest launch ever, and a powerful reminder of what’s possible when the right offer meets the right strategy—and the right audience.
